Remove existing pump station and wet well infrastructure including switchboard.

Supply & installation of new 3500mm deep storm water concrete pumpstation, including one (1) Caprari KCD250PD+013062N1, single pump controller switchboard with 15kW VSD, 300mm Sched 10 Stainless Steel fabricated discharge pipework.

This included all civil excavation, electrical and mechanical installation requirements.

The storm water pump station was made-up from the following precast concrete sections and associated parts:
Base increment – 3000mm diameter x 2000mm deepIncrement – 3000mm diameter x 500mm deepIncrement – 3000mm diameter x 1250mm deep

Coverslab – 3500 x 3500 x 250

Access covering – 900 x 1200 hinged alloy cover & galv frame with safety grate

Joint Sealant – Bostik 5240 Mastic Sealant, 4.4 m Rolls
